$200.00 every month for 1 year

Get race-ready year-round, stacking training cycles and multiple races as you work towards big goals. This will give us time to gameplan, build your training base, add speed and strength work, manage nagging pains or issues, improve running form, and develop your athlete psychology before taper periods and races.

We’ll build your calendar to flexibly incorporate your career, family commitments, and multiple 3-4 month builds so you can realize major gains rather than stop-starting training plans geared towards a single race.

Get a custom training plan digitally with weekly updates and tailored adjustments, as needed, along with guaranteed support responses within 24hrs to any of your training, gear, nutrition, recovery, or racing questions. Over the months we’ll work on tactical form improvement and your athlete psychology, ensuring that come race day you’re mentally, physically, and emotionally strong and ready to achieve your best result.

 

Coach Zee’s runners all get free access to WizSport, Zee’s sport psychology app for runners, for the duration of their plan.
